My eyes are hooded but the left one is worse, following an accident, and there isn’t enough skin left for a satisfactory surgical lift. I found this product by chance and although very sceptical, anything’s worth a try – especially as it’s not at all expensive. I love that there are two sizes, I can use the small size for my right eye and the large one to balance up my left eye. After a little practice, they’re easy to apply (the tools supplied with them are helpful). I wear my usual eye makeup over the top and expected them to start peeling but I had them on all day. They stay put and are surprisingly comfy, you don’t notice you’re wearing them. I thought they might make my eyelids sore, as I have sensitive skin, but there was no itchiness and when I peeled them off there was no redness or reaction. Best of all, they work. In the ‘after’ photo I have only used one on my left eye and I’m delighted.

Would not recommend.

These eyelid tapes arrive in 2 lovely little dispensers that are pretty and functional. They are fiddly to use (as are all eyelid tapes) but they adhere really well and blend in with your skin tone well. I wouldn't go so far as to say they are invisible but they are discreet and not particularly obvious. I like the affect of the oval shaped tapes the best but they are a nightmare to put on. It isn't a complete oval as it appears to be, but is cut in half lengthways - you won't realise this until you try and pick it up with your tweezers and realise it splits in two before you can place it on your eyelid. Shame that. If you've mastered the art of using the single strips - which is no easy feat btw - you'll need a PhD and eons of patience to get the oval ones on. They're cheap enough to experiment with but I wouldn't buy again purely because the oval ones are pretty much useless.

It seems there are some very negative reviews for these either from people with a bad batch, or who didn’t research how to use them, but I can honestly say they DO work. (They are supposed to only be sticky on one side, otherwise you couldn’t blink!) I had seen a few videos of people using these for hooded eyes on YouTube, and as my biggest disappointment in growing old is how much my eyelids have sagged, I decided that for the price, they were definitely worth a try. They are! Definitely have a look at a few videos to get an idea of where to place these on your eyes, but you’ll need to practice and play a bit to achieve exactly the result you want for your individual eye shapes. Because there are so many in the pack, there are lots to experiment with, and it hasn’t taken me long to get the lift I want. I can finally wear proper winged eyeliner again, for the first time in about 8 years! I am a very happy lady :) The stickers adhere well, but can be taken off and repositioned once or twice if needed and still stick well. I have found that using more than one of the thinner strips allows for my deepset and wide eye shape, and although these are not truly invisible, but are ‘skin tone’ (mid Caucasian I would say), they camouflage well on the eyelid. I haven’t tried these with eyeshadow, but they didn’t like liquid liner which caused me to go back and rework the placement - ultimately improving the overall effect. My teenage kids couldn’t see the strips at all when I asked them if they could see the difference, but could tell that ‘something’ was changed. You very quickly forget you are wearing them, there is no discomfort and they come off easily with makeup remover. They do pull the skin if you take them off without remover, which I expect will cause problems if done repeatedly. Very happy! Will be using these every day. If at first you don’t succeed, keep trying ;)

Instructions are minimal. Not at all clear. Clearly these instruction have been translated and not very well into English.

Seriously these have been a game changer!!! Absolutely love them and they have helped me soooo much ! I was very sceptical at first and especially after reading some of the comments that they very difficult to put but honestly I find it easy and get used to doing it very quickly! What a great idea!

CONS: 1. Anyone looking at me will see I have orangey-brown tape on my lids with crisscrosses on. They are not clear and very obvious. 2. I tried under makeup and I tried over makeup- No amount of eyeliner, eyeshadow or concealer will cover and hide the tape. 3. I tried under make and over makeup and the adhesive does not stick for long. Over make up it does not stick at all- under and it stays on for about 20 mins. 4.Very fiddly PROS Gave me the shape of eye I wanted- but I would look ridiculous wearing them as it would be obvious I have tape on my eyes. Ultimately, if these were clear then I would give them a go. But I might as well get duct tape and use that as far as being discreet. I am not buying the positive review either- I cant believe anyone would be ok wearing these when they look so silly.

Very effective. I have Chinese type hooded eyes my eyelids are completely covered I used these strips and I can actually see my eyelids !!! No more eyeliner transfer on my hoods !!! They make my eyes seem twice the size can't wait to use my eye makeup now ❤️

Il prodotto è arrivato stamattina, ordinato ieri, come sempre amazon velocissimo. L'articolo è come da descrizione, si attacca adeguatamente all'occhio e fa il suo lavoro nascondendo pieghe dell'occhio. Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto per il rapporto qualità prezzo

Ça fonctionne. J’ai des paupières très tombantes. Je triche j’en mets 2. Il ne faut pas qu’elles se chevauchent.ne pas tirer sur la paupière lorsqu’on les pose. Ça tient bien. Maquillage nickel. Et cela ne se voit pas. On ne les sent qu’au début très légèrement. Cela s’enlève très facilement. Pour les mettre, c’est un coup de main à prendre

Die Stripes sind okay, lassen sich relativ einfach auftragen. Allerdings halten sie nicht so gut und sichtbar sind sie leider auch. Überschminken ist nicht möglich, da sie ihre Klebefunktion verlieren und abfallen. Viel Wirbel um nix. Ich würde sie kein zweites Mal kaufen und weiss jetzt garnicht, was ich mit den ganzen Klebestreifen anfangen soll.
