How do resistance bands/tubes compare to free weights?

there are a lot of pro's and con's to this loaded question. Personally I mainly use the bands mostly, but there are times I also use free weights for specific muscle groups. I'm sure you will get a lot of varied answers so I googled a smarter answer than I could give. You can find it here? http://www.bodylastics.com/pages/elastic-resistance-vs-free-weights-by-jim-stoppani-phd

Can I use multiple pieces of bands/tubes to increase the resistance of an exercise?

Yes, Multiple pieces of tubing may also be used to increase the resistance.

Why do some colors have a price per count ("$66.00 ($2.64/Count)" but others don't. Are some colors short pieces and others a long roll?

I have no idea why the company wrote the "dollars/count." It probably means something to them. All I know is this brand is excellent and as soon as I need more, I'm ordering from this company again.

Why It varies based on color, I don’t know. Maybe it’s because some colors cost more to manufacture. You’d have to get in touch with the manufacturer to get this answered
