Had this in my cart on lego store for $10 then "out of stock" appeared and couldn't buy so people here could charge $30. shame on you! why???

That is the nature of LEGO sets. They become scarce and discontinued. They go up in price. Just like anything that becomes rare, it goes up in price. There is no shame, it is the way things work. LEGO or not.
