It says it reduces chlorine, mercury & cadmium. any data on flouride? does it reduce flouride? as this is not good for the liver.

It does not reduce fluoride. Flouride cannot be filtered out with any kind of filter.

If I leave my water out, blue particles settle at the bottom. What is it and what does it mean?

I had the same experience with that filters a lot of particles at the botton
