I’ve had it down for about 6 weeks now. I also live in Florida. Our patio faces south and so far it’s holding up well. We’ve been through some storms and it helps the rug to dry out sooner.

Q: Is it works with lamiate flooring?

This works fine on my parquet laminate kitchen floor with a 5 X 8 cheap rug.
