This is helping me
I started with a lower dosage, as advised when reading about pregnenolone. I took 1/4 tablet each night for a week, then 1/2 tab a night for the next week, then went to 1 full tablet (100 mg) every night. I'm sleeping better, and having less inflammation.

I don’t notice anything different
A couple of months ago, I switched from the brand that I was using to this brand because it was more affordable. Big mistake. It doesn’t do anything to help my perimenopause like the more expensive brand did. It doesn’t give me any energy. It doesn’t change my mood. It doesn’t help with my focus. It’s as if I wasn’t taking anything.

Really helped with my perimenopause symptoms. Start slowly, half a tablet per day, gradually increase whilst monitoring for side effects. I didn't have any. I noted more moisture and reappearance of jelly like discharge around mid cycle, same like I was 20 something, really good sign.

This has changed me from PMDD symptoms of anger, irritability, rage to feeling balanced inside. I'm 44 but my oestrogen levels are high, progesterone are lower so really need this for balancing them out. It's also reduced my cortisol hormones and stress levels. I take a half pill daily. Wonderful!
