The bluetooth is not working at all I tried with PC and laptop not working and I did reset also not working

This what very easy to connect and turn on. I had no troubles. The battery life works well and charges fast, the color is cute (I got pink) and the feel is comfortable. I took away a star because I don’t feel it is very ergonomic. My husband has an ergonomic mouse and that one is much more comfortable to use. I do feel this is fabulous product still. Works very well with my iPad Pro. Will be getting this again for another time.

I have a macbook that doesn't have the USB port, and the 5.0 Bluetooth works amazing. It also works amazing for my projector, so I can navigate on a bigger screen with no problem.

Awful, cheap quality, keeps disconnecting then only reconnecting to Bluetooth when I switch it on and off. Highly do not recommend
