I was surprised with the quality of this thing, worth the money for sure, its gym by itself. Its a lot of fun and doesn't feel like you are working out. Its full body workout, if you focus on your form especially the leg work its perfect. It's not meant be hit too hard, if you are going to hit it hard, you will have to tighten the screws because they will loosen up every 15 minutes or so.

Had it for years and it’s still going! Of course, the letters have been punched off over time, but that was expected! Great for in home cardio, arm and hand speed, and practicing light footwork.
