I was looking for something similar to the balance pad I saw at my physios gym. That one was at least 3X the price of this one. The quality is almost identical however. Happy with the purchase but shipping took FOREVER.

Pratico yoga da 4 anni e, a causa di problemi vestibolari ed una frattura completa al ginocchio sinistro, non sono mai riuscito a praticare le posizioni di equilibrio. Questo semplice cuscino offre un'ottima presa, ed ha una giusta consistenza per prendere consapevolezza di cosa occorre migliorare per avere equilibrio. Lavorano gambe, glutei, addominali. Veramente straordinaria scoperta per me, nessun insegnante me lo aveva consigliato. Grazie Amazon
