Why is this advertised as aluminium free and one of the ingredients is aluminium?

Hi, don’t know the chemical ingredients of the actual fluid within the underarm liquid, but there is an aluminium foil over the top of the applicator - under the blue lid to stop it drying out. Perhaps that what it means? Hope this helps?
