Shredded 3 blocks of cheese in 5 minutes. Pretty amazing and life changing. Washes great. Cheese can get stuck between the cylinders but it’s not hard to get it out. Way better than had grating. It’s pretty sturdy and fits perfectly with kitchen aid. Even has a release trigger to take it out. It’s honestly like magic watching it work. I’m really surprised how they thought about everything when making this.

I should’ve bought this a long time ago. It makes shredding cheese and thinly slicing vegetables so easy. Comes clean in the dishwasher. Easy to put on and take off my mixer. Highly recommend!

This attachment does exactly what it says it will. It slices nicely, makes quick work of shredding cheeses and doesn’t make a mess. Looks exactly as pictured.

At first I loved this product - easier to clean than the kitchenaid brand. I had the on brand version for 6 years and replaced it with this one after it broke. After months of weekly use it began making a metal on metal on metal noise that hurt everyone’s ears and woke up sleeping kids. We tried troubleshooting but ultimately needed to replace it with the kitchenaid version less than 6 months after purchasing. I recommend buying the kitchenaid version.

First use: Mozzarella pizza cheese. I get why the instructions say to use at a higher speed, otherwise it clogs up the cheese inside. I did use speed 4 on my mixer but did not push as hard, came out a little finer. Very little cheese left inside when finished. Looking forward to using this for some veggies.
