I have small arms and in the past these type of arm bands were too big. I had to use paper clips to make the band small enough. Does this band fit smaller arms?

The phone wrapping straps appear as if they might not hold if jostled too much. Is this as secure for running as a slide-in armband case?

I havent used it for running yet but it is very secure. There is no jostling at all. The straps hold very tight
