Really Great!
I bought this for my daughter who has been getting into meditation and asked for one of these and she said it has worked wonders. She has told me that she no longer has pain when sitting and is also able to experience deeper and longer sessions of meditation due to its comfort. This product is definitely more than worth its price and function.

The sitting wooden panel cracked. Not caused by the shipping, I believe it's the build. I guess they need a better QC in their production. Overall, not a good experience. The hinges are looking solid though. The weight is heavy too!

Pour pratiquer la meditation, ce banc me permet une posture plus naturel pour le dos et m oblige de plonger en etat meditatif, si je somnole, je serai automatiquement reveiller si je valse d un coter a l autre, confortable si vous rajouter un bon tapis en dessous pour les genou, j avais tendance a dormir en etant coucher sur le dos mais la c est parfait et moin inconfortable pour les jambe comparer a la position des jambe croiser, tenir la posture est plus simple pour ceux qui ne sont pas souple des jambe et hanche.Maintenant, j inspire le bonheur et j expire le sourire :)

Quality meditation bench; high recommended.
Pros: sturdy, comfortable, well-made (legs are secured by way of quality, robust hinges rather than Velcro), no sliding, cushion is removable and washable. It’s evident that care has been taken in the design of this bench.Cons: I honestly can’t think of any.Summary: It’s well worth the money and fully recommended.
