Excellent Value Reasonable Form Factor
I am very pleased with this purchase. For a few months I had been searching for a desktop power strip which could clamp to my work table and provide tidy access to charging cables for my phone, calculator, fitness tracker, etc. To do this, I simply desired both USB and AC sockets to be provided in a single device. I also wanted there to be enough outlets in total that I could handle some large number of additional computers and peripherals that might require temporary set-up on my desk. This additional requirement ruled out some of the smaller power strips, I figured a minimum of 4 AC and 4 USB sockets would be required. In addition to my desire to have the powerstrip clamp to my ~1.3 in. desk, this left me only with options in excess of $40.Fine, I'm willing to pay for quality, but the first I tried was garbage. It claimed to be made of aluminium, which I thought would justify the excessive price -- most of which was really for the simple clamping mechanism, 4 outlet power strips without clamps could be found easily for $10. Some parts of it may have been aluminum, but the clamp was too fat to fit where I originally wanted it and the cosmetic facing was poor quality plastic which had broken in transit. I looked for a better option for a long time.Long story short, I'm fairly sure this is the best value option on the market right now. It is not perfect, you may notice it provides no provision for clamping to a tabletop, but with it's rubber feet it is heavy enough that plugging and unplugging cables is easy and does not require more than one hand. The socket detents are very reasonable and do not require excessive force either when plugging-in or unplugging. It includes a long and robust cable, double the number of AC sockets I had originally thought to settle for, a convenient kill switch -- not a universal feature believe it or not, neutral and attractive industrial design that does not draw excess attention. Additionally, it possess a footprint small enough that I have been able to fit it within one out-of-the-way corner of my workspace and it justifies being a little closer within reach by offering the excellent bonus of wireless charging. These final attributes more than justify the lack of a clamping mechanism. This added convenience altogether with the relatively excellent price, and relatively good quality plastic body which feels solid to the touch and not nearly as flimsy as my first purchase, has earned it a spot on my desk. If this company comes out with a smaller option made of slightly more premium materials I'll gladly get one for my reading table as well.

Great product
My husband needed a new power strip and it had been many years since we purchased the last one. We needed a long cord, multiple AC outlets and USB ports to charge devices that were far enough apart that they were easy to plug in. We also wanted something safe that wouldn't overheat and wasn't terribly expensive. This power strip fulfilled all of our needs. I like the black color that allows it not to be obvious in the room. It has 4 AC outlets and 4 USB ports and a six-foot-long cord. It has a safety feature that shuts the power off in an emergency and won't overheat. It arrived overnight although it stated 2 day shipping so that was great too. So far, no problems. It's doing its job well and we are very pleased. Great seller and price!

Robust, Well-Designed Surge Protector with 6-Ft Cord Can Power 8 Devices at Once!
For years, my living room has had a dirty old power strip with loose ports, making it easy for plugs to slip out. Lately, I’ve gotten tired of constantly looking at it and having to reinsert plugs, particularly as I’ve been staying home all the time due to the novel coronavirus restrictions. I’ve been spending way more hours in the living room for meetings, screenings, live streams, meditation, yoga, dance, etc.In the past few months, I’ve upgraded to a new HP Chromebook and a new Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. As the lockdown continued, I ordered several speakers and headphones/earbuds. I reckoned I should get a surge protector to protect my investment.Unlike my flimsy, dirty old power strip, my new, black Bototek surge protector is stylishly designed with round curves. It appears to be robust and well-built. Its six-foot power cord comes in handy when I need to stretch the length, i.e., for a vacuum cleaner.I chose this model because it has four USB-A and four AC power outlets. One AC outlet is set apart with extra room to allow for a big plug. At times, it’d be nice to have more power outlets, but I knew what I was getting into. The only other thing I wish was different is that the USB-A ports don’t support fast charging, say for my Samsung Galaxy S8. That’s okay: I get around that by using my wireless charger’s fast charging or my charging station’s PD port. The power strip can power/charge 8 devices at once! For example...USB-A 1: Samsung Galaxy S8USB-A 2: Bugani boombox speakersUSB-A 3: EarbudsUSB-A 4: iPhoneAC 1: Wireless charger, which has a big plug that fits into the wide-spaced outletAC 2: Toshiba ChromebookAC 3: LampAC 4: Bototek charging station (black, matching the surge protector)Because the charging station has four ports and the wireless charger can hold two devices, my configuration can technically charge 14 devices!Actually, it’s potentially even 17 with the five available USB ports on the Toshiba Chromebook, the Bugani boombox, and the HP Chromebook plugged into the charging station. But let’s not get carried away now...

Meets and exceeds expectations
I'm giving this surge protector 5 stars. It has all the necessary cord outlets, plus an abundant amount of USB outlets. The one thing I would suggest to makers of surge protectors is to start including C outlets as well, since a lot of items now are charged using a C cord.Otherwise, the black color is nice and goes with any decor, the cord to plug it into the wall socket is sufficient length and it works well!I would def recommend!

It does its job
I was looking for a power strip or surge that would save energy, and I'm pretty sure that I didn't buy what I needed. I'll assume that I was under the spell of the very low price of this product. It does do the job, there is decent spacing between the plugs, and it serves its purpose. I don't think this is saving any energy, but it works well for 12 bucks. I like that this has a long cord, too. It also has some USB ports. However, they're directly on top, and there's no cover for them, so sorry we'll inevitably build up inside of these ports unless I'm consistently blowing the dust out of it.
