A friend told me about how this helps her legs i was definitely not a believer...BUT she was right my legs don't hurt as bad my leg pain was a 5 or 6 now its a 1 or 1.5.... worth the money

I think this actually works for things like Stenosis and herniated discs. It certainly doesn’t hurt. After 3 days I noticed a difference in stiffness( not there😜) and way less pain. After so many years I don’t think it’s a coincidence.

L4/L5 and L5/S1, grade 1. I've been taking 2 a day, it's been only a week and I think I can tell a difference in how I feel. I will update if I improve. They are expensive, but if I feel good they're worth every penny. No tummy upsets.
