Terrible Tech Support
The Tech support is horrible. I spent over $400 on Night Owl home security and we can’t even access video footage from our cell phones. We contacted tech support and the rep started guiding my husband through the process then in the middle of the problem shooting the rep said he could no longer help us and hung up. Then we called back again and spoke we a different rep he started helping us and in the middle of our conversation he act like he couldn’t hear us by saying “ hello, hello” then he hung up too. There was no bad connection, it was his way of getting off the phone so he wouldn’t have to help us.I feel like my money has went down the drain.

Great product
It was easy to install, the quality is as good if not better than my Arlo system at my other home. Very impressed with this system and it seems that it does loose signal shortly on some of the cameras & then comes back.
