What is the size of each date card?

Not sure but there slots are sewn all wrong so the cards look all crooked.

No, nothing is in Spanish. It is all English. I use it everyday and it is a fabulous product. The pictures on the card are a bit old-school, though and do not look like real. I tape another picture over it or I use the back. For example, for the season fall, there is a picture on one side and the word "fall" written on the other.

Can the label "weather" come off and be replaced? I would like to replace it with a Spanish word.

No, anything in red with white trim cannot come off.
