Can I preheat the metal and steel use the glue?Which one of them can be used for higher temperature?

This glue is pro design for dent repair.it may did not work for preheat the metal and steel,suggest you can choose other glue to do that Good luck for you !

My 2017 honda crv has a dent on the trunk door that is on a slant from the design. will this work on that? i wish i could add a picture.

It is a good puller set for dents less than 4" in their largest dimension, but the result depends somewhat on the exact location, curvature of the sheet metal and skill of the user. If dent is on an open, reasonably flat surface with only moderate curvature, and no interference from structure below the sheet metal, it should make the dent much less apparent after sufficient work.
