Perfect dummy deadbolt
This dummy deadbolt perfectly solves the problem of the lock hole left by removing the old lock, and its security is superior to a simple lock hole cover plate. It is also very suitable for use with keyless smart locks, especially when some smart locks do not have a physical knob for double security.

strong lock
got this for our basement and this is a strong lock. very satisfied. it doesn't openly easily which I love because you dont want a weak lock meaning it is sturdy and you feel the lock unturning with some pressure.

Installed easily into the door replacing a an older Schlage lock that broke.
Used this to replace a keyed deadbolt where the bolt internals broke and the Schlage lock was so old that could not find a replacement part. Did not really need a keyed lock on the attic door. The lock installed easily, looks nice, and the color marched the previous lock.
