You'd need a Bowens (mount) S-type Bracket to hold the flash in place.

Yes, because you have to put the AD400 in a bowens braket, so, this reflector fits on it

Will this reflector work with the godox ml60 portible led light?

I don't know why mine doesn't work with him in a godox. I don't think it works because the fitting of the godox ml60 portable led light is wider.
