Go Water Bottle with Filter; 22oz; Dark Teal

Best thing ever for a backpacker! Left my original one in hostel in SEA so I brought this one to replace it. Would recommend to ANYONE especially for people that love to travel and are sick of having to buy plastics bottles of water.

We have been using the Lifestraw Go in India for the past two weeks. We followed the set-up instructions to the letter and have treated the bottle perfectly as we are anxious that it works properly and we don't get ill. Inexplicably, the bottle unexpectedly started leaking today. Everything in our backpack was wet. We removed the bottle, checked everything was seated and screwed correctly and discovered that it has just decided to leak heavily now for no reason. It's a real shame because we definitely won't feel comfortable trusting it if it can't even hold water properly anymore. It was a decent bottle beforehand - slightly hard to drink from (you have to suck quite hard to drink a lot in a hurry) but worth it for the water safety. To make matters worse, our return window with Amazon is closed - we felt that was way to short a window considering we bought it about 3 weeks before our trip started so that we werent in a rush. Barely any time to test the bottle in real use scenarios before we found out it was flawed! I'd think twice before purchasing a Lifestraw product again for that reason.

An excellent product although quite difficult to draw water through the straw.

When the bottle was working it was great - no difficulty drinking and water tasted great. However, it began to leak after 2 weeks of moderate use. The leak was from the air inlet valve and so unless the bottle was kept upright it was of no use. Returned for a refund.

The same thing happened to mine that another reviewer showed - when the nozzle is closed, it drips water through a small hole on the lid. Obviously a design fault. Really disappointing. It's not a cheap product so I would have expected it to last more than a week without leaking. Now I'm going to have to buy bottled water on my travels as the nozzle will always get contaminated. I really don't want to add to plastic waste. Won't be buying a life straw again.

I loved the idea of these bottles when I got one. They are expensive for a water bottle but as my partner and I were travelling abroad they seemed perfect. Unfortunately they leak constantly (both bottles) so they were a complete waste of money.

Purchased the product and been using this for a year now, unfortunately over the last 6 months if notice the bottle leak and it’s gotten worse. Not sure if it’s just mine, as my partners one doesn’t leak at all.

This is a great quality product and a must for foreign travel. It's a great way to save money at the airports as well by not buying bottled water.

Love this! Take it everywhere

Great for traveling to remote places or countries where water is not so clean for drinking. I took it while pregnant to Bali to feel safer drinking my own distilled water.

I bought this to use when I traveled to Cuba. With all of the shortages Cuba is having I wanted to make sure I would always have drinking water. Used it for the whole week I was there and didn't get sick. Does what it is supposed to.

I absolutely loved this water bottle! It's an awesome color combined with a built in filter that works like magic. So helpful for sure. Thanks.
