Opened product or used product
I received the lipstick package with the outer packet already opened, and the lipstick’s seal was also broken/open. Since this is a cosmetic product, I am concerned that it may have been previously opened, used, tampered with, or contaminated. I do not feel comfortable using it. I would like a replacement with a completely sealed, unused product or a full refund
