They're loaded with tropical flavors but the real secret is the pineapple. There is over a cup of real pineapple in each mix. It's dried pineapple chopped into tiny granules so that they cook soft and are almost indistinguishable in the cooked pancakes. Serve these tropical pancakes with the topping of your choice.
