Comparison With Mountain Buggy Terrain 2015
I am a very serious runner and have been doing a ton of research on running strollers after having my baby. I narrowed my search down between the BOB Revolution Pro 2016 and the Mountain Buggy 2015 Terrain Jogging Stroller, Solus and thought I had decided on the BOB Pro but I am returning it in exchange for the Mountain Buggy, here's why.The Basket:The Mountain Buggy's basket zips shut. This seems very important when you're running off road so your things don't bounce out. It would also be useful for a little added privacy on a Disneyland type trip since people leave their strollers outside of rides.Wheels:The Mountain Buggy comes with two sets of wheels, 12" for day-to-day and 16" for running. The Mountain Buggy also can lock the front wheel forward or backwards based on your preference when you run.Fold:The Mountain Buggy folds more compactly than the BOB Pro. The fold of the BOB is also a bit clunky and requires two hands whereas the Mountain Buggy has a one hand fold.Canopy:The BOB canopy wins in this category. The canopy on the BOB is huge, it gives great coverage for the kiddo. The Mountain Buggy has a "follow-the-sun" canopy meaning it can push all the way forward but then you lose coverage in the back because it's not as big as the BOB's.Compatibility:The main reason why I'm returning the BOB is because I have a Graco Click Connect car seat and the adapter for it isn't being released by BOB until mid-April 2016 but they don't provide this information anywhere on their website, I only found out when I called. I really want to use this stroller with the car seat now. The Mountain Buggy also is more like a naked stroller frame that can be used with three different seat types. You can completely remove the seat it comes with and just use the car seat or the carrycot which is both a pram and parent facing seat. If you're traveling and want the stroller seat and car seat you can also leave on the stroller seat on and attach the car seat.Harness:The BOB wins for harness. The BOB's harness is a no rethread harness meaning you don't have to fiddle and un-do anything in the back. The harness on the BOB is really an ingenious design to adjust the height.Recline:Both strollers recline to a fully flat position suitable for walking with a newborn.Extras:While the BOB Pro is cheaper than the Mountain Buggy after you factor in the extras you need to buy for the BOB (handlebar bag and snack tray) they come out to be about the same price. The Mountain Buggy comes with more pockets to store your stuff and comes with two parent water bottle holders. The snack tray for the Mountain Buggy is also much much cheaper.Customer Service:BOB is owned by Britax. I've owned several Britax car seats and have had nothing but fantastic customer service with them so I can only imagine the BOB CS is equally as great. I called Mountain Buggy with some questions and they were very responsive.

Worth the money if you love being outdoors with your LO!
I bought this stroller despite having another one that I bought from a friend as part of a set with the car seat and car bases. It became obvious the first time I went for a walk with my daughter that the regular stroller wouldn't cut it on the crappy sidewalks in my town. The ride was way too bumpy for my 2 month old. I felt crazy spending so much money on a stroller but I am SO GLAD I did! Now, she falls asleep while I go for walks because the ride is so comfy. She's 6 months old now and still in the car seat, so I'm still using the Graco carseat adaptor, which was easy to install and Use. My only complaint about it is it puts her at a more backward angle, so her legs are up in the air… but she doesn't seem to mind too much. It works great with the Graco carseat - the BOB canopy reaches to the carseat canopy for great coverage if it's windy outside or if it starts to drizzle - and she can still see out through the clear plastic window in the BOB canopy. It's also really comfortable for me to use, or my husband who is 8" taller than I am, with the adjustable handle. I can't wait to take her on trails this coming Spring when she's old enough to sit in the stroller without the car seat and the weather warms up around here. She's starting to love going for walks now because she loves looking around [before she eventually zonks]. I'm not much of a runner, except on trails, so that wasn't my main reason for getting this stroller, but the locking front wheel is a great feature for jogging on pavement with your little one. I have no regrets about spending the money on this stroller and know we'll get a lot of use out of it before she finally outgrows it. Can't recommend it enough!

BOB 2016 Rev Pro is fantastic
Just got this about 2 weeks ago, and it has been STELLAR so far. Really bummed to read that others on here have had some warped or defective units. If that's the case, I would urge you to just see if you can get it replaced, because one of these in working condition is fantastic. We live in a rural area, and the majority of the walks we go on aren't on the most completely paved paths - so we needed a jogging stroller. After talking with friends who had gone through this process within the last couple of years, the BOB kept coming up as the favorite or at the top of the wishlist.- I also purchased the car seat adapter for this because we have the Britax car seat. It's super easy to hook up, and the seat fit perfectly.- I got the handle bar console w/ bike pump as well, but other than putting in a water bottle in one of the cup holders, haven't really had to use it.- Finally purchased the weather shield for this stroller, but it hasn't arrived yet. This stroller is on the big side, even though it does collapse down (and straps securely down with the wrist strap doubling as a buckle). It fits in the back of our SUV just fine while still leaving room for a few other things, but for those that don't have that ability, then just go with an umbrella stroller (we also bought the Summer Infant 3D Lite for travel purposes or for knocking around cities). But we've taken the BOB through farms, the NCR trail, to a couple vineyards for events with friends all in the last 2 weeks, and it's been a total champ, and really easy. I couldn't be happier with this.
