Out of order and no support team responding
We purchased this machine in March 2024 and have only used it 3 to 4 times. Unfortunately, it has already stopped working. We reached out to the company for a warranty claim, but they have not responded to our emails. This is not the proper way to sell or support a product.

I absolutely love this tostiarepa maker! It’s easy to use and makes preparing arepas quick and convenient. The arepas cook nicely and come out with a great texture. A very useful appliance for my kitchen!

Très pratique et durable – idéale pour les arepas et les pancakes
J’utilise cette machine depuis un bon moment déjà et elle fonctionne toujours aussi bien. Elle est solide et facile à utiliser. Ce que j’apprécie le plus, c’est la polyvalence : je peux y faire des arepas, mais aussi des pancakes sans problème. Les plaques antiadhésives facilitent beaucoup le nettoyage, et les 6 compartiments permettent une cuisson uniforme. Je suis vraiment satisfaite de mon achat!
