Suavecito Hair Cream for Men - Pump Bottle, Light Hold, Natural Shine, Water Based, Tames Frizz, Great for Curly Hair

I think I finally found my go-to hair finishing product -- this has the right amount of hold -- softens hair instead of making it ridged like it is glued -- I can't detect any odor -- my hair is not longer than 2 1/2" -- it is winter now, the air is dry and most of my tops are polyester so my hair has been hard to control due to static -- I've tried gels and pastes -- all that I have tried feel like glue -- this is a cream and all you feel when you touch your hair is that the hair is staying in place -- it is much easier to get it spread all through your hair -- a little goes a long way, as is the case with most products, but you can add more without cementing your hair in place -- it rinses/washes off your hair and hands easily -- you can add a little water with a comb or brush to renew it during the day -- it is just everything that I have been looking for in a finishing hair product -- I am happy to have found it and ordered it

First off let me say I was hesitant to buy the stuff for the past year or so. I regularly use Suavecito pomade, and I absolutely love the stuff! Fingertips worth of pomade will hold my hair all day long with tons of shine and if I want a softer finish I can usually brush through the hair with my fingers. Now the good part. This brilliant cream has allowed me too keep my hair out of my face while maintaining a hold that looks like I just got out of the ocean or something. It has a pleasant smell to it, similar to baby powder or something. It's refreshing to say the least. It will make your hair nice and shiny, healthy looking. Not overly shiny with a sleek gloss such as a pomade or something. But just the right amount of sheen to represent healthy hair. The reason I was so hesitant for the past year or so was because I thought, it's just going to be another hair product that doesn't have any hold and usually fades within a couple of hours. Not the case with this stuff! It lasts all day / all night and if you put a little water on your fingertips and run through your hair, you're back! The packaging that is came in was absolutely horrible! Somebody didn't tighten down the pump bottle and it appears as if it had pumped itself several times in the plastic bag it came in. The product was all over the outside of the bottle and I feel some of it was lost during shipment. What's that all about Amazon?

This stuff is pretty alright. Though, if you’re like me and have finer hair it can weigh it down or make it look greasy. I’ve found the way around this is to just use a tiiiiinny amount and it will leave your hair moisturized and held. Really just gotta experiment with it. Scents pretty good as well.

Best product for longer hair! I’ve been growing my hair out for about 9 months, and have been through the awkward stages of how to style it, and wish I would have found this sooner. Goes on almost like conditioner (I’ve done through dry or damp hair), styles easily, and hold is flexible, but restyling on the go is easy. Lighter than pomade, leaves the hair soft to the touch without the product feel. Would/will buy again regardless of price. Great stuff!

The product is great and easy to apply. I’ve tried a lot of different brands for my hair and this is by far my favorite. It’s shapeable and holds really well throughout the day. It’s soft and maneuverable and doesn’t have a greasy feel.

This is great for those with wavy hair trying to let it grow out. If your hair is frizzy like mine this helps control it a bit and keep it down as you grow out. It does give the greasy/ shiny look but it doesn’t bug me. It allows my hair to mold how it wants to.

good hold. goes on super light no much product is needed. i get a baby powder smell that i like, very mild. will be buying again

The Suavecito Hair Cream does what it says — light hold, natural finish, doesn't dry crunchy or flaky. The scent is genuinely one of the better things about it; pleasant without being overpowering, which is harder to find than it sounds in grooming products. The problem is that "fine" is about as far as the praise goes. In a world where beard and hair care products have absolutely exploded in variety, a product needs to do something that makes you come back for it specifically — and this one didn't quite get there for me. It works, it smells good, and then it just kind of disappears into the background noise of every other product on the shelf doing roughly the same job. For a first-time buyer curious about Suavecito, it's a reasonable entry point — the brand has a good reputation and the quality is solid. But if you're already swimming in beard and hair care options and trying to decide whether to add this to the rotation, it probably won't elbow anything else out of the way. Worth trying once. Whether it earns a repeat purchase probably depends on how much you love the scent, because the performance alone wasn't quite enough to bring me back.

I wanted something that had slight hold but hydrated my hair. This product is great!! It has a slight hold but ape leaves a little sheen without looking greasy. Also it smells a little like play doh, other than that, perfect natural looking hair product.

Leaves your hair really soft and it works for me!
