TojiroDP Petty/Utility Knife

Q: Does anyone know what the angle of the blade is? just wondering for future sharpening. i have both whetstone and work sharp belt sharpener.

Around 12 to 15 degrees per side. I free hand sharpen, it came in at 14 close as I could measure with an angle block set.

Q: Does It come with a knife guard?

It comes packaged in a thin plastic sleeve inside the box. The material it's made from is maybe as thick as a tarp or rain poncho? It fits the knife blade snugly. I'm not sure if it counts as a knife guard, but you could use it to protect from accidental slices when the knife isn't in use.
