Quality not matching the price, very expensive n poor quality😔

I bought this for work. I like to make breakfast foods for my patients, like egg bites, muffins and mimi sausage biscuits but didnt have a way to keep them warm. This was priced right so I thought I would give it a try despite negative reviews. I find it perfect for what I use it for. I was storing it in its original box but it started falling apart as I take mine back and forth from home and work. I found that this warmer fits perfectly in a BOGG beach tote making it easy for traveling. For the money, it is worth it. I mean, its not a top quality item, it is a little flimsy but it does the job and I appreciate it is not to big but large enough to hold my egg bites and such. If your food is cold before putting it in the warmer you may want to give it about an hour to heat the food up. I have started placing a wet washcloth on the bottom of the metal pans then wrapping the food in aluminum and covering with the lid. It keeps your food moist while heating up and it doesnt stick to the pan. Very easy clean up. I use mine often and have had no issues with it.

Why sell into the UK a product with a USA 2 pin plug. At 200 watts it would have cost me an extra £40 on the step down transformer. It has been returned. The sad bit is without me knowing at was delivered from the USA, so it's has to be returned to the USA. So four labels had to be printed and suck on box to be able to ship via UPS. At £61 all in for the producd, it's seams very wasteful of Amazon to allow it to be listed for UK sale.
