I rarely write reviews, but had to share my personal experience with this grounding sheet. Sleeping soundly is a problem I've had for several years. It was getting so bad I had to resort to regular nasty sleeping pills. I hate taking them, but they work. I heard about the grounding/earthing mat on Paul Wallis' YouTube channel (a great channel to listen to!) and he said the grounding mat helped his sleep apnea. So I ordered the mat, and also got this grounding sheet. The mat was okay, but this sheet is amazing! I've had the BEST sleep I've had in years, never once got up to go to the bathroom (and at my age, that's a miracle!) and woke up at 6 AM, ready to get up and start my day. For the reviewers who complained that it only fits the top of the bed, yes, you can see that in the picture, the size of the sheet matches the size of the top of the bed (for me, 80x60 for queen bed). Get creative! I attached sheet garters to each corner of the sheet to go under the corners of the mattress. These have 3 clips for each corner, and they help stabilize and position the sheet perfectly. Well worth the extra 10 bucks. I sent the mat back because it was not as effective, and don't really need both. This grounding sheet is a life saver for improving sleep, and deep sleep, too. Oh, and my back pain is improving better too! Don't hesitate, get this grounding sheet, and buy a set of sheet garters as well. Your body will thank you for it!! :-)

I just added my 2nd update. see below. Quality of the fabric is first rate and fit my queen nicely. Having a Stetzer meter and Tri-field meter I knew my environment was heavily polluted with EMF. I even went so far as to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed instead of the headboard after realizing the wall that my headboard was on was nearly maxing out the electrical field meter. This helped my getting to sleep but I still wasn't sleeping deeply, nor through the night. After placing the sheet on the bed and connecting it to the ground on the receptacle, I went out to where the electrical box is grounded to earth and made sure the connection was good see pics. My house is attached to the water pipe coming in and was so corroded and painted over that I unhooked the braided ground wire and scraped off all the paint of each strand that attaches to the pipe. I also removed the paint and oxidation on the pipe until I had a shiny copper surface. Then I used a hose clamp to clamp them to the pipe. My first night on the conductive sheet was really good and actually dreamt 3 nights in a row which I hadn't had one in a couple of years and the pain in my shoulder was less severe. I also fell asleep faster. The only thing that I see is the fact (for safety reasons) that there is 100k ohms of resistance in the wire that goes to the ground hole in the receptacle. In the event of a lightning strike the 100kohm resistor provides some measure of protection. The issue: The resistor which is necessary to somewhat protect the manufacturer from liability in the event of a lightning strike, also (IMHO) limits one's ability to be properly grounded to earth. Almost like wearing lots of clothing while laying on the ground. I will drive a 6ft grounding rod in the dirt outside my bedroom and use a quality ground clamp and run a wire through the wall directly to the sheet, bypassing the resistive cable that was provided. I suspect it will greatly enhance "grounding". Update 1: Grounding directly to the ground rod and bypassing the original cable did not noticeably improve my sleep experience so I say just make sure your electrical panel's ground connection is good and use what was sent. Update 2: I consistently measure several places on the sheet to the ground snap to verify the threads are good. But it bothered me that I never measured a direct short from the threads to the ground snap. Seemed to be around 400 ohms. Long story short is that I put a small paper clamp on the snap and the bottom of the sheet. This caused the resistance to go down to ~ 15 ohms. Which my OCD can live with. =) See pic 3

I have bought one of these from two different Amazon sellers and both of them have the exact same problem. This was the first one, when it arrived and I tested it and it didn't work, I wanted an exchange but they only offered refunds... That made me suspicious. I figure it is because they KNOW it doesn't work and didn't want to waste the money shipping me another. So, I sent it back for a refund and ordered from a different Amazon seller. I'm an electrician so upon arrival of both of them I tested the conductivity from the silver fibers of the sheet to the silver button connector and to my GREAT surprise it actually DID have conductivity. That is the difficult part of this product. So I then tested the conductivity of the cord. Nope. On BOTH of them. What's so strange is, building a cord to conduct electricity is simple. It's done a million times a day. But producing a sheet that actually conducts electricity is way more difficult. So that leads me to believe this is intentionally a scam product. I believe they are concerned that people will somehow accidentally plug this thing into the power side of an outlet and shock someone and then bring a lawsuit against the seller. Is it possible I got two defective cords back to back from different companies? Possible. But I'm willing to bet that every single one of these is the same way. So if you have one or are thinking of buying one, I recommend you test the conductivity of it or find someone who can because if it doesn't conduct electricity, then it is simply a really expensive, useless sheet.

The grounding sheet worked perfectly fine until I washed it in the washing machine. I contacted the seller. They say online that it can be returned, but it cannot, in fact, be returned for full credit. They offered a partial refund, and said I would need to purchase a replacement.

I’ve read so many different reviews, good and bad on the sheets. Honestly, I have to say to each their own my seats are grounded just like they said they would be myself personally? I’ve never had a problem sleeping I can sleep standing up sometimes lol.BUT I’ve never slept like I do now TWICE I’ve slept through my alarm I’ve NEVER done that. I’m usually awake before my alarm goes off and dreams I’ve been having? Again I’ve always been a good sleeper and I dream most people do.BUT AGAIN I’ve had the most intense vivid dreams I’ve ever had and I actually remember them! One of them I was trying to watch TV and my phone kept going off and I couldn’t get it to stop going off well? In the real world it was my alarm telling me it was time to get up lol physically I don’t know if it’s doing anything for me but I know for sure I sleep like a baby and I really enjoyed them everything that they said hundred percent tell the naysayers sometimes I think people get what they’re looking for. Some people find the bad in anything, or if even one little thing is wrong , it Hass to be bad I would definitely recommend these, and would definitely buy them again 👍🙏🔥

Update. been a month now. maybe it’s in my head, but I think it’s working For bodyaches. Still not sure about the sleeping part though. , I guess i am sleeping better but mainly for body aches . I am a 63-year-old woman who has a hobby that involves physical work and I watch my two-year-old grandson. Sometimes I have back pain and just muscle aches from my hobby and him, but I swear I wake up in the morning and it’s gone. I make sure I touch my skin with it. If it’s just in my head then it was worth the money Old review I’ve been using about a week now and I don’t notice any difference but I keep doing it because I figure what’s the harm. But I was hoping to sleep through the night and I was hoping to wake up with like no pain in my knees just that pain from being 63. But I’ll keep trying and see

It's all very well selling a steel and a cables but I have to plug it in. So why don't you sell the UK Plug, or offer a UK plug or tell me whet I can get the correct plug to go with your blanket and cable.... Total useless without this..... So even in tech world of 2023 - still silly problems and NO earthing grounding for me until I find a way to ground.....
