Quality USA products for great price
Great products. Better quality than I expected. Very sharp and ready to go. When I got the knife and saw what a great product it was, I ordered a number of other items from this Made in the USA store. The price really couldn’t be better.

Darn Good Utilitary Tool !!! (Just be careful with one snap/strap, while removing or resheathing)
This is a good survival hatchet.Good balance and weight.Sharpness was better than I expected.Have used it's multi functionality on several occasions. The only reasons that I only gave it 4 stars was, when I received it, the handle was loose, and I had to go and buy a set of "star" keys in order to tighten it.And the mask/sheath it comes in, has one snap strap that is in a very awkward position that could lead the user into getting cut, as the sharpened hatchet is very near to the user's fingers in order to move the strap out of the way in order to draw the hatchet out.Other than that, it is a great utility tool !!!I recommend this item.

Useful tool
Good steel, The hatchet is good, but I think it could use a hole on the end of the handle for a lanyard.

idk if mine is a random bad one?
Upon receiving my axe i noticed the box appeared to have seen some stuff upon its journey from mainland china, after quarantining the package in a box i then took multiple cans of freebreeze and made a giant flame thrower to burn its way through the box and decontaminate it, after this i then pulled the axe from the firey inferno and raised it above my head chanting " this is my axe, their are many like it but this one is mine" i repeated this multiple times and then right before completing the the ritual the handle basically fell and then i looked closer and the edge of the blade was as sharp as a butter knife.okay i may have joked around some up there yes but really upon pulling the axe out the handle basically fell off, instead of using normal flathead screws or something they used some weird star lock from an allenkey set, so i had to go spend money on buying a allen key set and then putting this axe back together, no biggie for me i turn wrenches for fun and bust knuckles for the shear enjoyment of feeling alive, but i will never use that key design ever again and i had to spend 15$ on this key to repair the axe that i thought was supposed to be fully assembled upon arrival. now that the axe was fully built i took her for a spin and noticed multiple things, the blade was very dull, verrrrryyyyy dull. so now i had to go buy a sharping kit, BACK TO MENARDS! NANANANANANANANANANA I BOUGHT SOMETHING ON AMAZON NOW I GOTTA GO TO MENARDS TO FINISH ITS PRODUCTION PROCESSES! NANANANANANANAso after signing my rendition of batman i then sharpened the axe, worked like a dream! sad i paid for a product that made me do the work. but it was easier to go this route then call them up and cry about it, waiting years for the replacement axe, now the sharpening stone ran another 20 bucks, this axe costed me 35 dollars to order and then another 35$ dollars to put together, thats just so far cause now ive also noticed the sheath, the way the button lock i cant pull the thing out without sticking my fingers below the blade and pushing the button outta the way then ripping down on it, i know one of these day i will catch my finger doing this so im going to now order a new sheath for this axe that will then cost me idk probably another 30$ at the end of the day to get something that wont cause the axe to take a finger off if im not paying to much attention to taking the axe out of sheath.is this axe worth it? for me no, ive now have to pay more money to get this thing to the grade it should have arrived at in the beginning, so idk what 5yr old was used to make this in a factory in beijing but take his rations away for the day. now ive noticed that a lot of people received very good products which is why i stated maybe i just got a random bad one. but i was gonna purchase one more of these but after the first bad one, and now having the tools to repair and maintain the the product i cant bring myself to get another one from these guys. The plastic handle itself is not very comfortable and i plan on just removing it all together and putting a paracord handle on it, i just dont like plastic personally. so again this is more of a preference issue not a product issue.overall its not a bad axe but to me after everything i cant make sense of my purchase. i do wish i had just used the extra 35-60$ that im now ultimately paying on another axe purchase. cause again im ultimately paying more then i originally intended to.

Way better then the price implies
I didn't have a lot of money on hand but I need something to help me clear brush. Not only have I cleared a lot of small branches but I've used it for small trees 5 and 6 inches thick rather then go and gas up and fire up my chain saw. I have more satisfaction cutting up small logs and branches with this then anything I've owned before. It comes quite sharp and I grab it everytime I go out to the yard to do some work. It always finds a way to be useful. The handle is a bit hard after you chop for a while but I'm thinking of wrapping some fabric around it and then it'll be perfect.I'm a fan of the brand and think I'll buy a few more things for hard use around the house. I'd absolutely take them hiking and might buy a second to take along.I hit a rock a few times and did chip it, but I wouldn't expect it not to and it'll sharpen out with a little work.I haven't written many reviews but felt this deserved it since it's so reasonably priced and great at hard use.
