Pro: Hard to find size to fit a 31.5" doorway in a tiny hallway and it worked perfectly! Highly recommended, pay attention to weight limits, measurements, and installing this is a breeze. Very pretty, too. I used a half size shower curtain (only 6 grommets) to provide privacy both day and night since the windows can see directly into the small bathroom when the door isn't closed. This caused a problem because there isn't an exhaust fan and the black mildew on the walls started forming, especially in the winter. Happy to have found a solution that works. Con: No idea how water resistant it would be, but it's not in the bathroom itself, so there's 4 feet of air space to allow steam to evaporate from the hot shower. It holds my shower curtain easily and I recommend it.

This tension rod is much better than what I expected after reading the reviews! The reviews appeared to indicate a difficult installation, but if you take your time & twist (Don't pull the ends apart), it was literally perfect and EASY to install. Just be patient and twist for a few minutes instead of trying to hurry the process by pulling the two ends apart. We used the tension rod to create a hanging rod over the sink in our laundry room between the wall and cabinets. It serves as a drying anti-wrinkle rack. It keeps any hung clothes in front of a window (open when the air conditioning is off), and able to dramatically reduce the wrinkles. We previously used the top moulding around a nearby door frame, but the clothes constantly fell off with any breeze or with people moving past them. This was a much better solution and obviously looks more professional. I definitely would recommend.

We needed to put a curtain up in a doorway and this was perfect. It never fell down and we pulled the curtain back forth several times a day. Nice quality.

I love these. I have bought several ones. They are good looking products and are so easy to use. I love that I do not have to do holes amywhere we move. The only thing I didn't like is that once you keep them for a long period of time, the paint will come off when you remove them.

I had a crummy cheap tension rod that fell down all the time. So annoying. This one fits so snug and is seriously sturdy! The padded ends are great and there are no marks on the painted window frame. The diameter of the rod was much larger than my old cheap one. I had to get ring clips, but I still love it.

I have found this curtain rod to be attractive, well made, and it has a snug fit. I am using it outside on my screened porch and even with a good bit of wind it stays firmly in place!
