The Gerson Company R LED Lighted Metal Letter with Rustic Brown Finish and Timer Function

This item cost me $42.88 and does not work! I expect the seller to stand behind this order and issue a credit or send me a replacement that works. We've tried 3 different sets of AA batteries, all of which were new batteries, and none of them worked. Obviously I was shipped a defective item and I believe it's your responsiblity to stand behind your product. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. We've been in the process of redecorating our home for several months and this was to be part of the new decor. Unfortunately we had to postpone the interior painting of our home because my husband got pneumonia. Obviously it would not have helped his health or lungs to breath paint fumes while suffering with and recovering from pneumonia. Because he fell ill, the the window to return the item passed. I sincerely hope you will do the right thing and either replace the defective item or issue me a full refund. Thank you.

We ordered five of this letter. The letters to HOME and an additional R as a night stand light for the kid at home. Let me tell you these letters are beautiful and very versatile. Their rusty color is exactly how we wanted it to be and they are battery operated. You can turn them on at night and turn them off in the morning. Lovely buy, we love them!!!

All though they look like prior purchases they have a different hue to the light emitted. All prior purchases had a white and this one had a yellow hue to the light emitted. I would have liked the description to let you know they have changed the LED lighting they use. Letter was also a lot larger then the description of 12 inches. It seemed a little out of place next to the other letters I have purchased.

Way cooler than I expected I bought the letters BAR for my wedding & I'm impressed. Size is good, quality is good and they look awesome lit up! The switch also has 2 different shut off options which is a nice detail.

I was very please with the letter. It was the quality I expected.

Love this! It's just as pictured and described! I wanted something with a timer to pair with my luminara candles and this has a timer!
