I have some smaller prints. Would it be possible to blow these up ! To say 8x 10 ? Or 11x 14 ?? Or another idea is a collage. Of several prints on one

If they're actual prints, you will need to scan them to electronic format first. Most all-in-one printers do that now. You can also do that with a collage. Whether you can blow them up depends on the resolution of your images, but it should work. The main thing is that you need to submit a single image in an electronic format, usually a jpeg.

My picture is centered but a lot of border left. Will it stretch to have no white border?

No! You need to stretch it, by cropping or editing the photo, before you submit it. What you see, is what you will get, enlarged. Be sure to play with it, and make sure there are no white showing.

How long is the current fulfillment time?

I placed the order and told me about a month to a month and a half and by the next day they were being shipped out and arrived in about 2 weeks

I would like to order multiple copies of same picture and send to different addresses but not able to do so on order form. How can I do so?

Or, when you are checking out, where it asks the quantity you'd like, change the number to how many you want. Ordering separately makes no sense.
