Divertidisimo. Buena rutina que, te hace sentir realmente el trabajo hecho. Terminas con mucha energia.

I loved it! It has two sections: Step by Step, and Dance, Dance, Dance! The Step by Step section was a nice little workout on its own! I thought it was like the other 101 instructional from their big sets, which I never do. This one was well done as it flowed pretty well, I mean Beto explained well the steps, but you keep moving while you learn, so you get a workout, and at the end there is a cool down, this segment is 29 min. long, great for those days you don't want to do something too vigorous, but still want to do something fun. The Dance, Dance, Dance! workout was nice too, it is around 34 min. long including warm up and cool down, and definitely higher in intensity, still not so hardcore, but you get a nice sweat going. Beto is funny, and gives great cues, I think he did a great job with this one.
