1/72のスケールでローターの折り畳み及び主翼の回転折り畳みまで再現しています。このため、主翼やローターを展張した際の大きさと格納用にコンパクトになった際の対比が楽しめます。 さらに1/72スケールの航空機モデルは世にたくさんあります。それらと同スケールで比較することが出来ます。艦載を前提としたこの機体の特徴がよく解ります。 これらの仕組みのため、正確さに重点をおく方には御不満がある可能性はありますが、「今話題のオスプレイってどんな飛行機なの」って方には本当にお薦めです。
