Really helped my fried skin after my C02 Fractional Laser procedure! After the lacerations healed a little with Aquaphor alone, i used this product. I loved how it felt- non greasy! I’m convinced this was the key to my rapid healing. Give it a try!

After my first laser treatment, my skin felt slightly irritated and uncomfortable. I saw someone online recommend a post-laser cream, so I decided to order this before my next appointment and I’m so glad I did! It soothed my skin right away, and I felt much more comfortable after my treatment. This cream will definitely be coming with me to all of my future laser appointments.

Don't ever buy this product again. I bought it in February and opened it in March. The product is very dry and doesn't smell right. The product seems to be expired and there is no production date on it.

Good product

I really liked this product after a more superficial CO2 Cool Peel laser. I’ve had four CO2 lasers in the past, and wanted to try another product after using Vanicream (with petroleum) previously. This pic is 1.5 days after my peel. I used the cream the same day of my laser onward . The first time applying it did burn, but I feel that the first application has always felt spicy in the past. It subdued pretty quickly and has not burned after that. I think it’s done a really nice job calming my face and keeping the moisture in. I would use again for my next peel.

This cream is only for post op day 4 and after when your skin already forms a crust and starts cracking and peeling. It’s very thick like a zinc paste and doesn’t glide. The skin immediately after the procedure has a burn and anything that can’t glide quickly causes additional pain (For that Alastin Regenerating Nectar is a must!). Also, aloe can really irritate your vulnerable skin but it’s great on late stages because you will be applying everything moisturizing multiple times a day to have your skin less dry. I think this should be mentioned in the description.
