No seeds discernible in what appeared to be primarily debris in a tiny plastic bag. There was no planting advice but planted them in ideal conditions; fresh potting soil in fiber pots in a sunny, east facing greenhouse window. Three weeks later I have two spindly sprouts that may or may not be the product I purchased for $13. Will update if by any chance the sprouts produce the product I bought but 2 out of 20 at that price is an abysmal result.
