Megachef Premium Oyster Sauce 21.2oz. (600ml)

Former food editor of The New York Times tipped me (and her other readers) off about this product, and she was spot on. Adds a rich umami quality, and not just saltiness, to everything I’ve put it on. Costs more than the supermarket brands but clearly worth it, especially in light of the small amount typically called for in the best Asian recipes.

I found this originally as a recommendation from the MilkStreet website. This product is so delicious and you actually can read the ingredients and feel comfortable cooking with this!

This is my husband’s favorite of all those we’ve tried thus far. This sauce is rich and flavorful it pours wonderfully even once refrigerated. I love the quality. And the glass bottle keeps it free from leeching impurities. The price is a bit high so there will be others who will weigh this against it. But when you compare the ingredients it is no contest.

Lid doesnt close great. Definately seems to taste better than others. I put some cyran wrap under cap.

It tastes OK, kind of bland. I have not been able to find a blend of pre-made sauces that taste as good as my favorite Chinese restaurant. I will continue the search.

This is by far the best Oyster sauce I have been using!! All you need is just this bottle!! I don’t even add any soy sauce, or any seasonings in my stir fried when I use this!! Highly recommended.

Product arrived leaking contents and unreturnable. Wasted money.

Definitely a cut above many of the oyster sauces out there.
