I am very pleased with these knives. I never had, even my sharpest metal knife, slice through tomatoes like any of these in the set can! So smooth!! However, take care because it's easy to break off the tip. My fault for being careless when trying to shake off some food and banging the tip of the smallest one on the metal sink divider.
