how often should you do this cleanse and for how long each time?

Drink the tea twice a day .....avoid any red meat ... pork .. and seafood ... drink lots of water ... fallow this for two weeks

Is it better to drink this tea in the mornings or at night, or it doesn't matter?

It really does not matter. I like to drink my tea mid day. If you have bladder issues you may want to drink it a couple hours before bed time if you choose to drink it at night.

So I wouldn't be able to just put this into a tea bag made for loose tea, I have to follow their directions? I'm just pressed for time.

Hello Customer - There is no compulsion on how you wish to steep the tea blend. The instructions are provided as guidelines for loose leaf blends. If you have tea bags you wish to add the blend into and steep, it would have the same effect as it would for a loose blend steep. Shouldn't make any difference really. But please keep in mind before ordering that the product does not come in tea bags form. It is loose herbal blend.
