I'm giving a 5-star rating for the company, not the product. I used this rolling bag for the first time for a trip last month and discovered the telescoping handle is loose, to the point that I'm concerned it may come off while I'm using it. By the time I used it, it was past the return date so I reached out to Ben Sherman. They responded quickly and once I described my issue and sent some pictures, they sent me a refund. Kudos to them.

The back is a great size, fits in overhead bins on airplane easily. I love that both sides of the suitcase have zippered mesh so that when you open suite case your belongings don't fall out or shuffle. Has a small zipper inside to store money, or small valuables.Let's talk about the major con: the wheels. The wheels get easily damaged which makes them no longer easy to navigate after 1-2 wears. The damage was done outside, pulling my luggage from parking lot to hotel.If you plan on going straight from a car to a hotel without much street use you should be fine. These would be horrible anywhere with cobble stone. I had to pull my luggage old school style where you tilt it back because it would was not easily maneuvered just pushing it with all four wheels on the ground.My arm got tired, so be warned.

It works great and holds a lot. I appreciate the sleek handle as it’s easier to lift and remove from overhead compartments.
