Very useful purchase for me!
I like these ankle weights, good for aquafit in the water and can be used on land too. Added bonus, they can be clipped together and used as a belt! They don't take very long to dry, just overnight. One thing to note though is that they don't really feel as though they're 5lbs when you're in the water, they actually feel a bit lighter, yet they're still effective.

Dudé mucho en comprarlas porque durante la búsqueda, algo con lo que te vas a enfrentar es que el material (arena) se sale o es poco confiable las costuras de la misma, lo que no pasa con este producto a mi parecer, son estéticas y si sabes realizar los ejercicios correctamente no vas a tener problemas en usarlos durante tu rutina.

Good quality. I have been using this item regularly and it's still in great condition. Easy to put on and take off. The straps are adjustable. When I tighten it around my ankle, the straps stay tight to keep the ankle weight secured. I highly recommend this item. Good for physiotherapy that is recommended by my neurologist to build leg strength. I have autonomic dysfunction/orthostatic intolerance. Initially I started physiotherapy with no ankle weights. As my strength improved I needed something more challenging to increase my strength. I also do laying down leg exercises that are featured in various videos on youtube. The exercises are challenging when you use ankle weights!!

The clip system is easier to use in the water than velcro. You can set the sizing. Comfortable to wear.
