Very versatile
I chose the Sportstech BT300 Ab Trainer after carefully looking at various models online. What impressed me most about the BT300 was the extra versatility that it offered. There are many more ways to adjust the machine to make exercising easier or harder, so is an ideal workout tool to help you progress at you own rate. Very, very easy to assemble.

Not reliable, replaced by the seller promptly
The product design is good. However with just a few months of use (single handed), the cable is at the end of it's life and not safe to use any more. The counter never worked. Update: the seller would be sending a replacement soon. Update: this was sent promptly. The new machine works absolutely fine. The counter works fine as well.

Great strong product, an easy one person setup
This is by far the best ab-cruncher we've found online. The S shaped slider bars and ability to twist your hips were both 100% the key reasons for purchasing. It takes up very little space when in use and folds up well when not used... but we leave our down and use it regularly.

Great product
Great product great results good price! Good for if you suffer from lower back problems and struggle to do core work in the usual back to the floor position

It completely broke. Extremely disappointing
Easy enough to use. My counter stopped working after the third or fourth use (which I stupidly put up with) . After about 10 uses the weld which holds the hand grips to the machine completely broke making it unusable. Returning for a refund

Kam bereits 2 Tage nach Bestellung an. Vollständig und ohne Beschädigung. Zusammenbauen war auch einfach . Wirkt solide und für den Preis auf jeden Fall top ! Bewegungen sind ebenso leise und die Bewegung der rollen auf der Stange sind komplett flüssig. Die Polsterung reicht völlig aus (wiege 90 kg ) kann natürlich sein das die Polster nach ner Zeit abgenutzt sind aber das ist denk ich normal. Bzgl der Rückenschmerzen von denen vielen schreiben kann ich nur eins sagen : man muss darauf achten den Rücken gerade zu halten und nicht zu Krümmen oder durchhängen zu lassen. Am besten bauch dabei einziehen Oder sich einen kleinen Spiegel nebendran aufstellen um sich selber dabei zu beobachten damit man Kontrolle hat. Wer das regelmäßig macht sollte auch darauf achten seine schulter und rücken Muskulatur aufzubauen sonst bleibt es einseitiges Training und ist nicht sinnvoll.

Il prodotto è arrivato in tempi brevissimi grazie ad Amazon, i materiali sono di ottima qualità, e dal primo utilizzo si noterà la robustezza e la comodità nell'uso. Comodità dovuta agli inserti imbottiti nelle parte inferiore,nei quali poggiare le ginocchia e anche in quelli superiori tramite i quali viene garantita una presa salda. Le varie modalità di inclinazione consentono a tutti di utilizzare il prodotto, da neofita alla persona più allenata. Il display è essenziale e mostra ogni singola ripetizione e altri valori come le calorie approssimative bruciate o il tempo. Ottima idea anche l'elastico per aiutare nelle ripetizioni l'utente nelle prime sessioni. Le bande elastiche per eseguire alcuni esercizi sono gradite e il montaggio risulta facile e relativamente breve. Per tutte le caratteristiche elencate e per la robustezza non posso far altro che consigliare l'acquisto del prodotto anche a chi sta iniziando.

Buono e comodo
Buon attrezzo per gli addominali. Occupa poco spazio e può essere sempre a portata di uso in casa. Buon display. Inutili gli elastici alla base. Occorre sempre accompagnare la piastra quando si tolgono le ginocchia per l'effetto molla.

Stabil und verstaubar
Lieferung und Verpackung Ist sehr schnell erfolgt, Verpackung keine Mängel. Aufbau An sich sehr einfach und schnell - nur hatte ich Probleme bei einer Schraube, diese hat durchgedreht (hier habe ich mir mit einem Ersatzteil aus dem eigenen Vorrat ausgeholfen). Außerdem gibt es 4 Schrauben, jeweils ein verschiedenes Paar. Aus der Anleitung ist es meines Erachtens nach nicht zwingend ersichtlich welche genau an welche Stelle anzubringen sind. Stabilität und Benutzung Das Gerät ist Top - da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Es wackelt und quitscht nichts. Die Bewegungen sind flüssig und der mitgelieferte Computer erfüllt seinen Dienst (zählt zum Beispiel die Wiederholungen). Was ich sagen möchte das bei mir ein Knieschoner schon recht eingedrückt ist (ist ein Schaumstoff im Prinzip). Tut der Funktionalität keinen Abbruch und mit meinem Gewicht bin ich auch fast an der maximalen Belastbarkeit des Gerätes - dennoch werde ich diesen Bereich noch selbst ein wenig polstern. Also ... wer nach einem stabilen und brauchbaren Heimgerät sucht ... unbedingt zugreifen ! ... wichtig wie immer ist natürlich das man dann auch dran bleibt und die Übungen macht :-)

Semplice ed efficace per allenare addominali
Il prodotto arriva ben imballato ed è facile da assemblare, l'unica pecca sono le viti di fissaggio del manubrio che non essendo passanti e dovendo sopportare un forte carico di trazione non tengono bene e si spanano velocemente. Per il resto è un ottimo attrezzo che semplifica l'allenamento e mette al riparo da spiacevoli dolori alla schiena, utilissimo il computeranno per il tracciamento dell'allenamento. A questo prezzo non si può avere di meglio
