I use my sifter every couple of weeks to mill my own flours. I ended up purchasing a #80 mesh because I found the #60 was not quite fine enough for enriched breads. the #60 mesh takes a bit more liquid for recipes, whereas most commercially purchased flours use #80. But the #60 works well for corn and rice - really depends how fine you want things.Bottom line though is I may end up buying another one at some point because I love it and it makes me want to make more flour. We've been doing all our flour now as home milled flour after getting this sifter - it saves so much time from manual sifting and does a much better job.I primarily use it for soft white wheat and hard white wheat - then I mix the sifted flour for various flour needs. All purpose is a 50/50 mix of hard white and soft white. but breads use a 60/40 or 70/30, or 90/10 mix if hard to soft wheat. Pastries are good with pure soft white.I mill about 2000g - 4000g every couple weeks and use this sifter with a #80 mesh for everything now.

The media could not be loaded. This shaker is top notch! I purchased this shaker in hopes that it will help me make professional grade powders. It does the job very well! Before buying this shaker my powders were more the size of ground coffee. Now they are fine professional grade powders!!!The only thing I didn't like is that the powder dust would get everywhere. I solved that problem with a $1 cake decorating sleeve and a craft pipiping dohickey and bam! I'm loving this thing!

It came in good condition, but it has two size 10 mesh instead of a 10 and 60. I will have to get another mesh now before I can use it. Other than that it looks like it will do the job.

I bought this machine after watching the video with so much hope.1st it was a problem with the delivery Fedex hold it for over 3 weeks and there's not a wait to contact the vendor or anything.Finally after receiving the machine 3 weeks later I used right away and to my big surprise the finished of this sifter almost cut my hand, the finished is all rusted and to make matters worse the mesh supposedly #80 is more like 120 since nothing goes through, the springs are so tight that almost snack my fingers off and they are attached with bolt and those are rusted. Instead, the equipment there are also nuts. Poorly welded and all of the finished have cutting edgesThis machine is not food grade at all and should not be out to sell in the USA.To make matter worse the return has to be authorized by the vendor they send me an email requesting picture which I didn't have the change to send and 3 hours later they proceed to close the ticket.I want this garbage out of my house and my money back I usually don't write reviews but this is beyond ridiculous it wasn't cheap either.See pics
