Wonderful tasty oil! Quality is amazing.

This is the best olive oil I’ve ever had. Has a complex olive taste. Great depth. It has the signature tartness at the back of the throat. I do like “strong” olive oil so be aware of that. Better than any oil I’ve had at quality Italian restaurants. Can’t believe I found it at Amazon.

Excellent flavor and worth the price. There is a slight fruity taste to the oil that makes it a step above the economical brand I usually purchase at the store. I will definitely reorder.

Most flavorful EVOO I have ever had. Too good for vinaigrette, best for dipping with really good bread. Didn’t know these flavors were possible. An achievement.

The olive oil I prefer to use.

I recently lived in Italy and found this olive oil at Eataly. Since first discovery 6 years ago I use only this olive oil for my salads and dipping. When I moved back to the States 2 years ago I brought back a couple of bottles, then I would have friends being me a bottle when they came or when I went back for visit. I couldn't believe my good luck when I recently found it on Amazon. I'm sure the Eataly in Los Angeles has it but that's too far for me to drive. What I love about this olive oil is it's fresh taste and aromaa, it's beautiful light green color. It's worth the price.

I am not an expert on olive oil but was appalled to read that 80% of olive oil sold in the US is "fake." This is appears to be completely authentic (based upon my research in buying genuine olive oil) has an authentic aroma and comes in a beautiful bottle with all Italian verbiage. Sadly, it is literally too "strong" for me. I can't stomach more than one tablespoon at a time. Maybe cooking will mitigate that. I intend to purchase another bottle and mix it with a less pungent one.

This is a great olive oil for summer salads, bruschetta and crostini, also good for drizzling on top of dishes. It's a big bottle so I think a pretty good value. It seems like evoo is very expensive these days even when it's your typical mid tier supermarket brand. To me makes more sense to get the good stuff, better value. Wouldn't recommend it for sautéing.

The most amazing Olive Oil ever. So aromatic and so delicious that I don't usually put it in food, but rather on bread or as salad dressing (with a tiny bit of fresh lime juice) so that I can fully enjoy the aroma and the taste.
