These are high quality cables. Their resistance reads 0 Ohm. They're useful for all kinds of electronic projects and will not cause a voltage drop.

Though expensive, these crocodile clips are good value compared to the cheaper rubbish. They are more suited for heavier duty work, electrical rather than lightweight electronics. The clips are sturdy, approx. 4mm on the nose, covered in a one-piece moulded flexible plastic that also serves as a cable strain relief. The wires are similarly well protected, and the insulation material slippery enough to make separating a tangle of 5 wires easy. I measured the short-circuit voltage drop @5.1A at 94-96mV (4-wire measurement), which is about 18mOhms, which would make the conductor about 16AWG stranded copper; 15A would be 'suboptimal' but it happens and it shouldn't fuse ;-)

These alligator clip test leads turned out to be much nicer than I expected. The cables use soft, flexible silicone insulation that remains easy to work with and doesn’t have the stiff, memory-prone feel that many inexpensive test leads suffer from. I measured the leads at approximately 42 inches from tip to tip, with about 37.5 inches of actual wire length between the clip shrouds. The alligator clips themselves appear to be well made, provide a solid grip, and include insulating covers to help reduce the chance of accidental shorts during testing. Since I use test leads regularly on my electronics bench, I checked their resistance before putting them into service. Across multiple leads I measured approximately 0.014 to 0.015 ohms end-to-end, which is excellent and indicates good quality wire and connections. While there are no markings on the cables indicating a current rating, the wire appears comparable in thickness to many of my quality multimeter test leads. These have already proven useful for hands-free measurements, temporary circuit connections, power supply testing, battery testing, and general electronics troubleshooting. The combination of the flexible silicone insulation, low resistance, generous length, and sturdy insulated clips makes them feel more like professional bench accessories than inexpensive jumper leads. They drape naturally on the workbench, stay where you place them, and provide reliable connections without constantly fighting the cable. These are well-made test leads that have earned a place on my electronics bench. If you need a set of alligator clip leads for troubleshooting, power supply work, battery testing, or general electronics projects, these are an easy recommendation.

Thick but very flexible wires. Clips are easy to grasp. Very adequate wire length great for desktop work or for automobile testing.
