I misplaced my kit info. Is there another way to get my results? I can email my name and email address my date of purchase was June 4, 2022

I would email the company. Did you send it in already? If you did, they will have the record to send to you.

Is this an igg test or indiscriminate ige test?

no this is not an IGG of ige test, -- this is a test for intolerances.

does the test identify dust allergies, mites, fungi?

Yes it does actually test all 3. I received my pups results in the last month (August 2022) and it showed the results for each plus a thousand other items.
