Boombox with Push Buttons

The songs are a little fast - it would be nice to be able to sing along - but I love how the main melody is started with the big main button, and the child can add harmony and percussion. Yes, it's loud and there is no volume control. Fortunately, our grandson loves music and so do we, so we don't mind. Not sure how many songs there are. At least ten.

This toy is so fun (says the adult in the family)! The songs are great, and there are three additional buttons to push that add drums, an obbligato melody, and xylophone. You can hear just the song melody alone, or add one or all of the three extra musical sounds. (An interesting note is that I paid $11.95 for it, but there was a sticker on the package when it arrived that said $6.99. But it is such a great toy that I didn't mind too much paying extra for it.)

My special needs daughter loves this music player. She is almost 12 and we have gone through 4 (I think) over the years. It was her greatest find under the tree this year. Again. If it were not for her love, we would have only had one.1. There is NO power button. Frustrating when you move it or want some quiet time. When I clean, it goes off every time I pick it up. My kiddo isn't verbal, and doesn't really understand "no" so this leads to little tug-of-wars when I need a music break. Power button would be great!2. There is also NO volume. Read above.While this box drives me nuts, my darling loves it. And she has loved it for years. For that, it gets 4 stars.

I purchased this for my son who just turned two. This is his all time favorite toy. This was a replacement for the first one he had that still lights up but no longer plays music. He bangs on it, spins it, and sometimes drops it over the side of his crib. It has held up well considering the abuse. I highly recommend this toy. Co sidering the price, I had no reservations replacing it. Thanks.

I got this for my four-year old granddaughter. Once I received it, I realized it is a little too young for her and she would tire of it quickly. I ended up donating it to Toys for Tots. It's a very nice toy and plays a variety of music. I think the age range for it would be no more than 3 years old.

We had this toy for our baby since he was born. He absolutely lived it! It broke one day and we didn’t think we’d find another one. Luckily we found on Amazon. He was so happy to get his favorite toy back. We live this and we hope it encourages him to love and play music one day.

Although the product came in a timely manner and in perfect condition I was disappointed in what I actually received. The first line in the description is Play You Own Music Like The Big Kids. I took that to mean I could put my own CD into the player and listen to my own music. I bought the Toddler Favorites to go alone with this music player. For the price I should have known better. It only plays the music that is programed into the toy. Also it plays only music, there are no words. My grandson loves music and loves to dance. My purpose was to get him something so he could sing and dance. He likes the music but I am sure he will tire of it soon because he isn't able to grow.The toy itself is durable so far, today is day one. I personally think they should make it known some where in the description that you can not play your own music.
