This has become my go-to shampoo and conditioner brand every time. After my hair was left horrendously damaged from a previous salon visit, my new hairdresser recommended this duo. At first, I was a little skeptical, but my hairdresser explained that my hair needed protein due to the damage. After about six months of using it (and stopping bleaching), my hair has improved tremendously—much healthier and stronger than before. I’d definitely recommend this if your hair is damaged, but be careful not to overuse it—too much protein can actually cause further damage. I’m now using a different combo from the Joico range and honestly would recommend their products to anyone looking to repair damaged hair.
