Functionally it is what it says it is, but be warned: IT DOESN'T COME WITH THE GASKET THAT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. Keep that in mind if purchasing, cause it's a horribly unpleasant shock to wait for this piece to be delivered only to find out you still have to track down another piece. I feel it should be made clear in the product description that this is only 1 piece of what you need, and that you are required to purchase the gasket separately.
